Who we are
Highbury Bound is an independent fan project run by a solo operator in the United Kingdom. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Arsenal Football Club, The Arsenal Football Club plc, or Arsenal Holdings Ltd. All club names, crests, stadium names, and related marks are the property of their respective owners.
What the site is
A free directory of pubs, bars and supporters' clubs where Arsenal fans gather. Free to browse, free to suggest a pub, no registration. Each listing shows where it came from and when it was last checked, but we can't guarantee a venue is open, that a match will be shown, or that any listed event will take place. Always check with the venue before you travel.
Acceptable use
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not:
- Scrape or systematically download the directory data for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
- Use the site to harass, impersonate, or mislead other users or venue owners.
- Attempt to circumvent any security or access control.
- Submit false, misleading, or defamatory venue information.
We reserve the right to remove any submission and block access for repeated or serious misuse, without prior notice.
User-submitted content
When you send us a venue or a correction, you grant Highbury Bound a perpetual, royalty-free licence to display, adapt, and distribute that content under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International licence (CC-BY-SA-4.0). This means others may reuse your submission under the same terms, with attribution to Highbury Bound or the submitter where reasonably practicable.
By submitting, you confirm that:
- You have the right to share the content.
- The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property.
We reserve the right to edit or remove submissions that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or that violate these terms.
Accuracy disclaimer
The directory is maintained by one person on a best-effort basis. Venue details — opening hours, screening schedules, addresses, accessibility features — can change without notice. We disclaim all liability for decisions made on the basis of information found on this site. Check with the venue directly.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Highbury Bound is provided “as is” with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or any venue listed on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Third-party links and content
Venue listings may include links to the venue's own website or social profiles. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party site.
Map tiles are provided by the OpenStreetMap community and subject to OpenStreetMap's own terms.
Intellectual property
The Highbury Bound name, logo, and original content (written descriptions, UI design, code) are the property of the operator. All club names, stadium names, crests, and associated imagery referenced in the directory belong to their respective rights holders and are used purely for factual descriptive purposes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be signalled by updating the “Last updated” date and, where the change affects your rights, a brief note on the site. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
